Some people are speculating Looking for Mr. Goodbar which could be the most probable answer.
It's probably wishful thinking, but was initially hoping it was an announcement for David Lynch's Hotel Room.

Is that still HBO? Never streamed, but it did get a legit VHS release

Like other American Zoetrope films, I wonder if Lionsgate might get it

It was released by them, but many Coppola’s productions have reverted to him. I’d still love to know if he can do something about Hitler: Ein Film Aus Deutschland, which Zoetrope distributed

Missing Movies did confirm that Deadhead Miles will be getting a release soon, but they’ve only worked with Kino thus far

Didn’t they do several releases with Criterion too? If I remember they did Girlfight, The Doom Generation, and the soon to be released Compensation. All of which were on Missing Movies’ list of 101 Movies to be Rescued.

Mississippi Masala and now Kiss of the Spider Woman both ended up with Janus Films.

Saw this screenshot posted on the other forum:

Does the "W.P" printed on the box stand for "work-print"?

Yep. That “opticals” box could have raw VFX materials like matte tests, too. The workprint may be in monochrome, of course, but this is amazingly tantalizing stuff.

Of course, opening this material has likely unleashed Molasar again, but it’s a fair trade-off

But that’s not even close to being all. There are two more titles that we’re not going to tell you about…perhaps the craziest and most unexpected of the year. We’ll admit that they’re both in the same aspect ratio and offer bloody good times of a very different nature, but you’ll need to wait until the sale goes live to find out what they are. We can basically guarantee that you're not going to be disappointed.

As we’ve hopefully demonstrated in the past, we often save the weirdest, wildest, and most unexpected films as surprises, and this upcoming duo will be no different, including TWO world 4K UHD debuts full of murder, mayhem, dark secrets, and devilish pasts. This set is one you won’t wanna miss.

The package includes:

SECRET RELEASE #1 - 4K UHD/BD
SECRET RELEASE #2 - 4K UHD/BD

Quick side note: For anyone interested in The Owners I would also recommend Eldar Ryazanov’s The Garage since this one seems to be a direct remake of Ryazanov’s film.

Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical (Dark Star)
Was exited but carried over none of the extras from either the US DVD or the German Blu. Why even license this to release it with zero extras, especially when some already exist?

But it has a Limited Edition magnetic box and a slipcover!

Actually, I might have bit on Congo if they had gotten Bruce Campbell to do a commentary track.

If they had any creativity and sought out interviews with Linney or Shanley, those might be of some insight (who wouldn’t want to hear them explain their participation?). But all extras on the special effects? Domino no like no like

Red Rooms might be a blind buy. I saw a few strong reviews. Saloum is a nice selection from the Shudder catalogue.

They released via partner labels Paris vu par / Six in Paris a few months back and Resnais’ La Guerre est finie last year - their partner releases are more interesting than the main line

Check out the partner label Canadian International Pictures. They've released several gems, including The Other French New Wave, Vol. 1.
