The Heroic Trio / Executioners
EO
25th Hour UHD
Trouble in Paradise BD

along with Pasolini 101, of course. I find it amusing how every month some of us make an effort to change our lists, and some of us just use the same lists from previous months. and the amount of people correct gets slimmer and slimmer...

since Asteroid City seems to have been done for some time, I really wonder when we'll see this. the wait for Budapest was pretty lengthy

I would not mind a Criterion of "Comment je me suis disputé"
I guess that since "Petite Maman" was out last month, we will have to wait for "La naissance des pieuvres" (there is a German box set which is stunning (packaging), etc... complete Céline Sciamma movies; I bought it; the Plain Archive was OOP before I noticed its existence). "Waterlilies" is a gorgeous 4K restoration.

- Michel Franco should go in the Criterion collection (his last two movies, the dystopian and the (always) impressive Tim Roth (and Charlotte Gainsbourg) in Sundown : Daniel y Ana is only available in Mexico in a Michel Franco box set.

- I would like more Guy Maddin (and on blu-ray) : my favorite being "Cowards Bend the Knee"
- Valerio Zurlini : still waiting for "La Fille à la valise" (not the fair HDTV Spanish blu-ray)
- more Carols Reygadas : Batalla en el cielo
- Roma in UHD Alfonso Cuarón

I bought the Japanese box set. Whilst it has not the classy packaging of Plain Archive, it contained the restauration by Eclair of "Comment je me suis disputé (ma vie sexuelle...)", "La Sentinelle" and "La Vie des Morts".
No bonus on the blu-ray, but these are 1080p24 transfer (fortunately! This is not always the case with some Japanese release); Japanese subtiles removable.
I'm very pleased with the restoration for "Comment je me suis disputé"; it's only when I watched "La Sentinelle" et "La vie des morts" that I realized that it is a bit coldish and blueish, but fortunately the color grading for most of "Comment je me suis disputé" are warm tones so it works very nicely for this movie (the indoor scene reminds me Eric Rohmer's "Les Nuits de la pleine lune"); there is a kind of atmosphere which also reminds me "Versailles Rives Gauche" by Podalydes (Jeanne Balibar was there too).
And now I did not bought it only for Marion Cotillard (oh, not at all!) , Marianne Denicourt, and Chiara Mastroianni.

too bad Criterion skipped "Aftersun", this is my favorite movie with the Fablemans so far.
