I may be misremembering but I distinctly remember reading somewhere (it may have been the KL Insider?) that Criterion has The Misfits.

Edit: I did indeed read it in the KL thread, the Insider implied it was but didn't confirm it.

I know this is a weird source, but I was in the Vinegar Syndrome store in Toronto on the weekend, and someone was asking about Demonlover, and the clerk said he could see an Criterion edition in his system.

Surely someone just entered the Arrow into their stock system incorrectly?

Or maybe the clerk misheard and assumed they were asking about Demon Hunter.

Give me a 4K of Demon SEED! WAC blu ray appears to be OOP. It will never happen, but I would pay money to hear Julie Christie talk about this film.

Or a Cammell Eclipse box with all 3 of his films. White Of The Eye is excellent.

Better yet, a Julie Christie box set. She has several titles that are Criterion worthy, and a few that have been long rumored:

Darling
Fahrenheit 451
Far from the Madding Crowd
Petulia
The Go-Between

Seems like something Imprint would do, albeit with less desired titles but one or two

Unless it's martial arts or paired with a director (Dietrich/von Sternberg). A Schlesinger/Christie box would be nice if only 3 titles.

I can see the remote potential of a Schlesinger/Christie box set. More likely, The Go-Between as part of a Losey/Pinter set.

There have also been instances of two separate releases coming out the same month featuring the same star, such as Now, Voyager/All About Eve or Altered States/A History of Violence.
