Since I'm "on the spectrum" I tend to read things "literally." I hated grammar in 8th grade....but oh how I value it now in the age of social media.

Would you believe Criterion's been selling that on their website for the past couple years?

Start ‘em young, Chris! Though my son likes to refer to my physical media collection as his “inheritance.”

Re: Criterion on Social Media
Which reminds me that Jon Hamm’s lead character wears the Criterion cap in a couple episodes of Apple TV’s Your Friends and Neighbors. The character is a big film noir and classic Hollywood film fan who is seen watching something Criterion-related or Criterion-adjacent on his large screen TV in virtually every episode. However, the show’s plotting results in every movie being interrupted by a crisis so the poor guy can never watch a film in one go!dwk wrote: Thu Jun 25, 2026 4:24 pmB&N also have the wacky C baseball hat.FrauBlucher wrote: Thu Jun 25, 2026 4:01 pm B&N is also selling the tote bags which may be more popular than the closet truck

No one who looks like Jon Hamm would ever wear that hat.

I don't look like Jon Hamm, but Imprint sent me a free hat recently, and I must confess I wore it once when I didn't like how my hair looked
