My immediate reaction to that was "that's a Fox title, so no".
And then I remembered that it's - famously - a Universal title in the US.
Ironically, despite Gilliam's battles with them, the fact that they own it rather than Fox (now Disney) is now a distinct advantage!

It also means that the IP is not going to get ruined by having Disney spectacularly miss the point of the original story and make a TV series out of the propert.... oh. Never mind.
