Since I doubt Zeitgeist will upgrade Les Amants réguliers this is really exciting!

Wow, wonderful. Their previous DVDs were much appreciated but had pretty rough transfers, and given how visually incredible the films are, the upgrades will be such a treat.

Wow, incredible news! Garrel is sadly way underrepresented on physical media in general. His latest film is a total obscurity unfortunately.

Just got an email that the Nico box is up for pre-order:

https://re-voir.com/shop/en/philippe-ga ... u-ray.html

Looks great, and of course will be difficult to get into the US right now but I'm gonna email them and see what's what.

Please post their response. It looks like they generally only ship via La Poste, but they have posted this on the order page:
⚠️ Due to current U.S. customs regulations, our usual carriers are unable to deliver to the United States. For the moment only UPS and FedEx work for U.S. deliveries from France. If you'd like to order this product as soon as Sept 1st and have it shipped to the U.S., we recommend you contact us by email. To save time, you may also create your own UPS or FedEx account in advance.

I unfortunately pre-ordered to the US without seeing that disclaimer first, but have since emailed them to see what we can do to get it shipped here.

I thankfully have a UPS account I can have them bill to, but here was the response:
thank you for your interest in the Nico boxset.
There is a link to pre-order on our website: https://re-voir.com/shop/en/search?cont ... co+coffret
You can choose not to pay for shipping when you order and then we can use your UPS number to ship.
The boxset will be released on Monday September 8, we can send it out then.

That's good to know. I have a few RE:Voir releases I haven't bit on yet. How much was shipping through UPS?

I don't know, will wait to see what my UPS bill is. (Have one for work that I can use, so lucky in that way.) Probably too much.

I'm expecting it'll cost as much if not more than the set itself (Pip emailed me back and I created a UPS account for this purpose). But we'll see!

Might be worth someone orchestrating a group buy?

I'd be open to doing so but I'd have to look into setting up a UPS account

Same here, in case it’s helpful to know how many will join in.

I’m cautiously interested too. (Never done any kind of group buy and don’t know how it works.)

Count me in for a group buy of the most recent Garrel releases. As well, I'm interested in past Garrel - and other - releases I never got around to buying.

I'd forgotten I set up a UPS account several years ago, so I should be able to head up the group buy. I'm going to email Re:voir for some general information but then I imagine it will go as follows:

1. PM me everything you want to order by, let's say, the 15th.
2. I will respond with an amount that you should pay me now to cover your items as well as any known shipping or other costs.
3. With tariffs a big unknown, please be aware that if the shipment is hit with any unanticipated costs, I would spread these around to all participants, proportionate to the size of each person's order.
4. Once I have received the items, I will request additional payment for any costs not yet paid and then send your package by Media Mail.
