How many people do they need to put information about the transfers on the covers or booklets?

However, they absolutely should have devoted more resources to their cover arts and better copy concerning the films. None of their releases seemed that appealing if one wasn't familiar with the film before hand. I blind bought titles during the sale that I never would have bought before hand.

It wasn't the number of people so much as someone who knows how to package their products well just on a basic level.

Over three weeks since I placed my two orders with TT direct and still nothing. At what point do we all just cut our losses and file a PayPal or credit card complaint? It does not take over three weeks to ship in stock orders, I don’t care how many orders they claim they got, and they are obv not shipping them in the order received either

My three-item order finally shipped yesterday, so they are getting through them. I can only assume they decide what to ship when via a giant dartboard.

Probably one hell of a coincidence, but I just got shipping notice of one of my two orders! Complaining into the ether of the internet works, who knew

I realize it's not 3 weeks (I'm still waiting on my TT order, no shipping notice), but even with the Kino sale my second order arrived last week yet my first order from a week and a half ago hasn't shipped yet and only got a preparation announcement once I emailed a few times back and forth over the week and got notified today, saying in a vague way that things are crazy for them at the moment. It seems like all these businesses are stressed right now (well duh), and I'm not sure what kind of procedures are in place legally or otherwise for COVID protection, but wouldn't be surprised if they affected the speed of operations significantly.

However, I agree that this length of time is insane and I also wouldn't be surprised if going slow on the clock is a natural incentive for people to get paid for more days til their layoffs go into effect- which I can't hardly blame them if that's the case.

For what it’s worth, I received my TT package on the 30th, and my SAE even earlier. After it shipped, it took about four or five days.

It's only in the last month reading this thread that I figured out that TT and SAE have separate sites! I've always only ordered my TT's from SAE therefore. I ended up just ordering one item through SAE after the announcement and got it c. May 25.

Yeah, I actually got my SAE order like just a few days after I placed it. Other than high prices, I never had an issue with SAE’s delivery because they were just a state over, so it always got here quick

I placed one large order and two small ones. The two small ones arrived separately within the last week. I've yet to receive a shipping notification for the large one, but I'm in no rush

Don't think there have been significant delays with SAE, but I've yet to get a shipping notice from TT. I'm in no rush, except to know whether titles are getting canceled before they go OOS on SAE.

I am in no rush too. I am just surprised. I placed my order within 5 mins of receiving the store closing email. Since then I have received multiple emails saying how diligently they are fulfilling all the orders. I even got a partial refund as they ran out of two important BDs I was eagerly waiting for. If this is all legit, think about the number of orders they received. And, where is my shipping confirmation email at least? This is puzzling me!

I placed an order within an hour or two of receiving the closure email, but I made the mistake of doing it as a 'guest,' i.e. without signing in to my TT account. So while I have an order confirmation from TT and a payment confirmation from Amazon (I used Amazon Pay), I will never receive a shipping confirmation. I contacted them last week about my order not showing up in my account, and an agent responded (quite rapidly) that even he had trouble finding the order because of my 'guest' status but it was there. So all I can do is hope that it shows up one fine day.

I placed a subsequent, smaller order a day later, this time logging in and using PayPal, and it appears in my account with a permastatus of Awaiting Shipment.

Fortunately I still have two thirds of the Bergman box to fill the waiting time.

Just got this email:
Below is an important update to your Twilight Time Movies order number XXXXX.

We continue to make progress with our shipping backlog. We have now shipped nearly 60% of the orders received since our sale started on May 10th. You are receiving this email because yours is one of the remaining orders to be shipped. Up until late last week, our warehouse was shipping orders in the most efficient way possible to clear the backlog. They are now focusing solely on the earliest orders placed that haven't shipped and will continue to do so until we get caught up. Our warehouse is working 7 days a week to get your order out.

A lot of you have asked if you will receive everything you ordered. Unless you have been contacted by our support team and told otherwise, all the products you ordered are allocated to your order and it will ship complete as soon as possible. Product is assigned to incoming orders in the order they arrive in our warehouse, not the order they are shipped, so even though products may appear sold out, if they are part of your order and you haven't been specifically contacted by us and told otherwise, that product is on the shelf waiting to be packed and shipped to you.

Less than 60% shipped in 24 days, and they have been pursuing the "most efficient" course. Ah well. Good thing I'm not in a hurry.

Where are the warehouses located? I'm sure that plays a part. While I'm not happy about the shipping cost I'm fine waiting as my keyvip is still overwhelming.

Yep, I got the same email as swo for my second order. You know, the one I placed less than a hour after the one that took 3 1/2 weeks to ship

If it makes you feel ( I know it won't) I haven't heard anything about my two orders also placed within less of an hour of each other.

I would much rather everyone get their movies, but as in High School Musical, at least we're all in this together

If it makes you feel any better, some people who were logged in received their orders without ever getting a shipping confirmation.

I got the same email as swo and domino this morning (seemingly the same email I've gotten 3 or 4 times now) but I just got another a minute ago that my order has shipped, so that might bode well for others (hopefully).
