2016. If it's on a list here it's probably because someone didn't see it until 2017 or it didn't come out where they live until 2017.

It didn't get a wide release in Canada, most of Europe, Asia, or South America until 2017. You are free to assign release years to films however you see fit--they get picked up in the consensus count regardless.
