Blu-Ray.com actually thinks it's better than the MoC. "Criterion's high-definition transfer, however, is definitely more satisfying. Depth, in particular, is a lot better, both during close-ups and larger panoramic shots, due to the fact that the filtering corrections that could be spotted on the Eureka Entertainment release are not easy to see here...Furthermore, some light noise is present here, but I think that it is preferable to the flatter and filtered image."

Just from the screencaps on DVDBeaver, I think the Criterion looks slightly better. A bit more film-like, and slightly sharper for it.

Yeah, the MoC looks DNR-ed next to the Criterion (I'm not implying it actually is, I know MoC would never do that, at least to excess). I might actually double-dip now.
