Man... The original 2 Lane cover was so much better.

I'm not liking it. It's not entirely horrible, but it's a step down from the original artwork. I sincerely hope they don't change the Punishment Park artwork next.

I also think the original artwork was better.

Cheers. One more reason for me to hate steelbooks.

I'm afraid I too preferred the original Two-Lane artwork.

Change it back to the original artwork: this new one is one of your worst-ever covers.

Where possible, we like to present the films using the best original artwork that was used to market the film.

The previous MoC cover was a production still with the film's title slapped on it. It was also very similar to a well-known Anchor Bay DVD cover.

The original 1971 poster has not been used on a DVD edition before, and for us it's more authentic/vintage and will weather better.

We're sorry that there's a lot of folk in this thread who don't like it.

Also - if you take the sleeve out and turn it round, you can have a photo-only cover of the three leads and the car - no text, no banner, no BBFC logo.

Good on MoC for not caving in to this board's whining-- cover is fine and better than the rather uninspired original

I won't settle for anything less than a scratch and sniff tyre spin meets tarmacadam cover.

Oooo, you've changed the M spine on the dual format! Just a simple greeny-beige with cream lettering now. I liked the old cream one with the red M.

Those three disc dual formats sure are tightly packed though.

We should have printed the M Dual Format booklet on thinner paper - the package wouldn't be so tight then. We're very aware of this tightness and will be actively avoiding it in future.

Yeh, the case is buldging a fair bit, but I can't lie: the sight of three discs and a booklet in there sure looks great.

I rather like the first cover better...more sinister and crazy.

I've never been a fan of that original 'Double Indemnity' poster (this one is better), but it kinda looks good in a bigger version of the cover.

Good taste could be MOC's second name.

Ah I see the Wilders are the ones whose spine number matches their year of release :)

I really like the Lifeboat cover, and The Lost Weekend.
