Did anyone pick up issue 12 with the two King Vidor films? Any comments?

Yes good to see Bernard Eisenschitz managed to convince Léo Scheer to continue to publish Cinéma.

On Vidor, I really liked "Metaphor. King Vidor Meets With Andrew Wyeth (1980)", but not so much the other one.

The April issue of Cahiers du Cinéma reports that due to lack of funding Cinéma 014 is to be the final issue.

Yes it sucks as it was a beautiful publication. On a similarly worrying note, LE Monde is putting up Cahiers du Cinema and its related businesses (mostly book publishing) for sale.
