I recently discovered a Spanish label called Elastica Films, which handled the Spanish release of films such as
The Substance,
Anatomy of a Fall, and
The Zone of Interest. Anyone familiar with this company?
They are releasing a box set titled "ANO CERO" featuring
Annette,
Drive My Car,
The Worst Person in the World, and
Aftersun. The release contains a new audio commentary for Annette and a new video essay for Aftersun (both presumably in Spanish however).
(note: the site linked below is in Spanish)

Since bootlegs are basically legal in Spain it's hard not to assume the worst, but yes bothering to do some features is hopeful

These are all MUBI releases right? Would be interesting if they have some sort of arrangement with them, particularly if in future they bring out some stuff that hasn’t yet hit home video elsewhere.

Mubi has Spanish rights to Aftersun but partnered with Elastica to release it there, since Mubi didn't start self-distributing in Spain until just a few months ago. AFAICT Mubi has no Spanish rights to any of the other films mentioned in the OP. (I think Mubi has less of a presence in Spain due to competition from Filmin, a domestic streaming service that was founded around the same time and covers much the same ground—in fact every film mentioned here bar Aftersun is on Filmin. But now that Mubi self-distributes there, we'll probably see far fewer cases of companies like Elastica and Filmin picking up Spanish rights to films that Mubi handles in most other Western European territories.)

Elastica is a new
legal company. I don't know them but you can read this article and search for more information.

I believe the company had a distribution deal with Divisa, that's one thing I know of besides their supposed connected to MUBI.
I guess I'm good at recognizing bootlegs when I see them, of which there are many in Spain, but there are various distributors that I know of there that are legitimate. (Maybe I should post some threads about them) Elastica seems to be one of them, especially since their releases of the boutique variety.
As for the Año Cero set, I tried importing it (including contacting the company) to no avail, so I'll probably pass on it unless I manage to find a way to purchase it.
