Worth noting that the ad copy you link to for Mauvais Sang specifies as an extra the same documentary about Carax, Mr. X, that will appear on the U.K. set.

Damn, I shelled out enough for the AE Carax blus a few weeks ago. Nice to know Mr. X will be on Mauvais Sang.

This is surprising that he reviewed this....Robert Harris on Out 1. I'm sure very few of the HTF crowd cares about this.....

I believe it was a joint project so it should not be surprising.
