The Last Stage is high on my Blu Ray wish list. I haven't seen it since the 1990s.

A very pleasant surprise when I logged into DVDmax.pl just now:
It's pretty obvious what the gist is just from the visuals, but it basically says that they're shipping to the UK again (I assume, like many EU-based companies, they simply stopped post-Brexit because it was too much bureaucratic hassle), and there's a flat fee of £9.99 for courier delivery. Which is a bit steep for small orders, but I typically make massive ones so I couldn't be happier. I daresay there's a lot of traffic between Poland and the UK thanks to Britain's huge Polish population, so not shipping at all was only ever going to be a temporary measure.
(DVDMax has been my regular online supplier for some time now - they seem to have the widest catalogue - and their packaging is comfortably up to the standards of Empik and Merlin.)

I ordered from them a couple of times just before Xmas. One tip is to check their Allegro.pl (Polish Amazon Marketplace/eBay) storefronts as well as they often have some items cheaper on there (and vice versa). Worked out comfortably better for me to split the two orders.

Are Jerzy Skolimowski's pre-Deep End works and other Polish films like Ferdydurke/30 Door Key and Hands Up! available anywhere at the moment? I saw the Polish Film Institute's restorations of Walkover and Identification Marks: None and they looked stunning. There was a box set that now goes for absurd prices.

It does, and I have it, but I don’t think it’s ever been released outside an eight-film box.
The Skolimowski Holy Grail for me is a Blu-ray of Barrier with completely rewritten and Skolimowski-supervised subtitles - apparently the current ones are woeful, and very much not director-approved (not speculation; he told me this himself).
More than one of my Polish friends have claimed that this is one of the most verbally dazzling scripts in their national cinema’s entire history, and there’s no reason to disbelieve them (not least because the rest of the film is pretty dazzling too), but English-speaking viewers have been short-changed on this for more than half a century. (Skolimowski had no involvement with the original translation as he didn’t speak English back then.)

Holy grail:

Note that this is not the 1999 Andrzej Wajda version of Pan Tadeusz, which remains one of the few Wajdas that hasn't had a Blu-ray upgrade (surprisingly, given its local popularity).

The silent version has no EN-friendly disc yet so how about we concentrate on that instead, at least for now.

If the disc has subs in English then I am excited of course. That is what I have to say for the time being.

Hopefully Wajda’s version gets a Blu-ray too someday. For now we can be thankful this one at least has a DVD with multiple subtitle options if I remember correctly (don’t own it myself unfortunately).
