Have they been unreliable in the past?

Never ordered directly from them before....

In case you missed it, if you want to screen before buying, it is coming to the channel in September.

It's my first order with them too and I'm not impressed. They could have emailed everyone who pre-ordered to say, hey this is going to be delayed but we wanted to let you know in advance. Almost makes me hope they don't release more stuff I want as exclusives.

I didn’t get any notice, either. But I also lost track of the release date. So I wouldn’t have noticed.

Maintenance now pushed back from today to Sept 1. According to Instagram post they are filling orders in the meantime. I haven't received anything yet.

No updates here either. Strange.

Label created. Shipping with Perfect Blue. Hope it doesn’t take more than a week to arrive.

For the amount they're charging for shipping and with the week long delay without communication, they ought to ship them at a faster rate. I'm not expecting mine to show up before I leave town for a week long beach vacation, so I'm probably not going to see the film until mid-month. But I'm looking forward to it (blind buy).

Mine hasn't moved beyond the shipping label since yesterday morning either.

Oh well. We did see this during its brief screening period -- and I still have both the original unsubbed Japanese DVD and the old English-subbed one. So, I can wait.

Mine's at the post office for pick up, only took a couple days to arrive from Texas. Guess they got at least some of the bugs out of usps ground advantage.

What's the likelihood that this film gets picked up in the UK by Third Window (now that they've started doing 4K), or someone else? I would love to check this film out but a 50-buck deluxe edition seems too much for me.

A 4K restoration of TCofMC supposedly will be released on Blu-ray later this year.
