I can’t believe I forgot about the actual best cover of the year (carried over from best poster), prob because the film isn’t nearly as good

Is the film even half as good? Cause it'd still be pretty good.

It’s unfortunately a noble failure as a movie. You can read my thoughts here

Nice work! I generally think things worked better this year with the two rounds of voting, though more contributors would of course have been ideal.

Also, that's quite a feat that demonlover won best release when as far as I'm aware it doesn't even have a booklet!

Thanks zedz! Very happy with these results. Hopefully demonlover’s success will prompt more people to see it as the horror project winds down. Also, swo is right, though only because its previous booklet has been recategorized as a spiritual text.

I’m genuinely shocked at the lack of love for 90° in the Shade especially after its announcement elicited quite an effusive response here. Is this due to a lack of people seeing it yet or just a general distaste or shrug on its merits?

I'm sure it would've gotten more votes if twice as many people had contributed. It's a stellar release if only for the alternate Czech cut, but I only had room for three Indicators in my top 10

Having been the main producer of the demonlover release (taking over from Anthony Nield, who - credit where credit is due - commissioned the cover art and Anne Billson's new booklet essay before leaving Arrow for Indicator), I'm very happy to see those of you who voted enjoyed it!

Great work, James! Thank you for your efforts in finally bringing one of the great films ever to blu-ray. Also, if you're listening, thank you Anthony for discovering the Holy Booklet.

Great work on an underappreciated film, James! demonlover was the only title that was on every voter's ten best list, so it was the unanimous consensus choice.
