It’s Jules Dassin’s remake. I think it’s with Paramount, so it could be licensed but not included with the original. Olive put it out originally

Being a RKO film from the 1930's, the elements might be in a sorry state. Same thing that's holding up the Astaire & Rogers films and so many others.
