Is your Criterion login email address the same as your Facebook "primary contact" email address? I was having an issue with this - I ended up changing my Facebook primary contact address so that it matched & then it all worked fine. You may end up with $10 credits in separate Criterion accounts.

Yeah, exactly. I had to switch addresses like Max suggested and I'm having the same problem. What's even the point of this offer if you end up with two accounts on Criterion's website?

I had no issues, since I use the same email address for my Criteiron.com login and my FB login. Are you guys using different addresses??

Yeah, I've had my Criterion account for years now on a different email address.

I also use a different email address for Facebook and thus ended up with a duplicate Criterion store account - so I sent them an email explaining the situation and they already responded and transferred the credit to my normal store account.

This is really a dumb promotion and if it's meant to replace the 50% off sale as suggested, a real heartbreaker

I don't see this as a replacement of the flash sale, especially considering last year's Fall flash sale was on October 9th. I'm sure we'll see the flash sale either tomorrow or next week. Complaining about getting $10 credit baffles me.

If there is a flash sale, than kudos to Criterion and a hearty pat on the back

Fortunately, the login page does say this:
If you’ve already linked your Facebook profile, your $10 will be in your Criterion.com account shortly. It’s yours to use on posters, T-shirts, tote bags—or, of course, Blu-rays and DVDs!

Or you can save it for our next flash sale . . .

A few years ago they sent $10 credits to those who had at least one title in their wishlist in conjunction with the 50% off sale. Since they apparently teased the 50% off sale as TImec indicated, I suspect it'll be very soon.

I wish more people would jokingly comment about how this indicates an impending release of the Twilight series. Hilarious!

Does Gaspar Noe in the closet signal the long overdue release of Enter the Void? Criterion did go back on passing on Certified Copy, so one can only hope!

It probably has more to do with him promoting Love.

Wikipedia says he was the sound recordist on "Burroughs." You'd think that disc was wrapped and ready by now, though.

We're working really, really hard today ... to set up a screening on this vintage Sony quad monitor. Must be Friday.

That's a long way of saying "Don't expect any new title announcements today."
