Just watched The Banishment last night (it's on Kanopy), had no idea about this one (or that it was the same director as The Return (2003) & Leviathan (2014)) & was blown away. Just wanted to plug it so it doesn't end up an orphan. Andrey Zvyagintsev is becoming one of my favorite contemporary directors, can't wait for Minotaur to be released.

Seconding the Liotta. I generally like Clipson but haven't seen "Bend Sinister". Any hints about how to find it?

I only know of it being on back channels tucked away in a compilation among other early films of his. Tuolumne from this year is also good and easier to find
