Again : I'm perfectly understanding previous and current sarcasm. I also expect that everyone understand how nobody is hysterical about it.
However, it seems that not a lot of people understand Paramount's logic behind what seems to be the request of removing what is a very small detail. Being curious, I'm just asking if someone would have an answer as to why Paramount would ask Eureka to remove this label on the front of the cover ?
I genuinely don't care about it being here or not. I'm just really curious about the benefit Paramount saw in asking Eureka to remove it.
That's all.
Really.
When I'm saying "why Paramount ask to remove such a detail ?", it's not because it's a heresy, but really, because it's a small detail. I'm just imagining Paramount's people writing this very seriously in the licence contract, and still don't see the reason behind. I'm just very curious.

I hear this in a Walter Huston / Treasure of Sierra Madre kind of way. Is there an emoticon to express this I wonder?

Probably a little yellow Pac-Man holding up a sign saying
15 Wasted Years.

All really nice, except for, oof, that spade shoveling text onto the top right corner of Ace.

Ugh, Harold and Maude looks like the cover of a coloring book or perhaps an old Highlights magazine.

It's from the original poster. (link to the img due to it's size).

Clerical packshot error! CABINET is spine number #92 as announced; DUBARRY is 93 (not 92); GANG is 94 (not 93)!

Madame Dubarry is lovely. That must be from a poster, right?

Lovely poster art. There's been more than a couple of stunners recently.

I prefer the poster that Raro used the basis of their cover.

Usually I'd agree with you regarding getting rid of the original artwork, but I kind of think this new cover is pretty funny, and considering how over-the-top at points his films from Spione-Testament of Mabuse are, I quite welcome what I find to be a ridiculous cover like this.

I don't know what's worst/funnier : the background pic or the wacky font of the title.

That cover actually makes me really want to see that movie.
