"The Orson Welles Show, the late 1970s unsold talk show pilot, will be screened later this month ahead of a planned Blu-ray release next year.
Stanley Sheff, who worked on its editing and directed some scenes, will introduce the 74-minute pilot at the Fine Arts Theatre in Beverly Hills, California, on October 21."

Michael -- I get the same result as you did when clicking, on the link I posted, in Chrome web browser. But in Microsoft Edge browser, the link works fine.
In both Chrome and Edge, it works fine for me to go to https://wellesnet.com/ and then click on Wellesnet Message Board (screen top), then click on Re: Film Editors on LFS (screen right).
Hope this helps.

Update -- opening Criterionforum again in Chrome, I see that the link has/had a double underlining (single underlining in Edge). I clicked Refresh browser, got a single underlining and a working link. And now, a few minutes later, the link works fine in Chrome, both with single and double underlining. Hope this helps also. Cannot think of another explanation.

Bizarre -- I get rejected using the link regardless of whether I use Chrome, Edge OR Firefox.

I can get to the thread directly on Welles.net, however.

Just one of the endless mysteries of the internet.

I've been going through documentary docs from my local library for the 2008 mini list & came across Prodigal Sons, which is a personal narrative from a woman who had transitioned & went back home for her high school reunion. The film shifts focus early on to her adopted brother who sustained a brain injury when younger & has had mental issues as a result. He finds out that he was the biological child of Orson Welles & Rita Hayworth and travels to Croatia to meet Oja Kodar. Very little of the content is on Orson & Rita, but it may be of interest to Welles completists.

The adopted brother, Marc Welles (McKerrow), is the child of Welles’ and Hayworth’s daughter Rebecca, not the couple’s own son. He was given up for adoption immediately after he was born in 1966 and, reportedly, neither Welles nor Hayworth were aware they had a grandson. He was Welles’ only grandchild as neither of his other two daughters had children.

Thanks for the clarification. After the fact gets raised, his physical resemblance to Welles becomes obvious (much less so to Hayworth). Also, Marc's genetic background raises the issue of whether Marc's mental health & anger issues (particularly around his frustration with his unrealized life goals) just stem from the head injury he sustained as a kid.
