Two face we already knew... Harvey Dent will be in it.

The Joker still has the cheek scars in those pictures. The problem is that for some reason everyone thought they cut through the cheek altogether. They don't; they're merely scars, and I kind of wish they were more emphasized.

I can't shake that batman looks like an action figure, I thought the whole military getup was just part of the first one where he's barely cobbled together an outfit. I'm waiting for his fists to detach and shoot off at somebody.

Actually, what I meant was that according to a new trailer (shown at some convention recently. Harvey Dent will actually get his disfigurement, etc. and become 'Two-Face' in this movie. (I think everyone, certainly I, assumed that Harvey Dent would be established in this movie, but wouldn't become Two-Face until Batman III). Scarecrow was described by, I think, Goyer, as having a very small appearance, comparable to Willem Dafoe's cameo in Spiderman II.

Nice to hear the scars are still there on Joker. Admittedly, I didn't look very closely at the pics. Wonder if this Joker's scars will be a result of simple self-mutilation...

If you look really closely at one of the pics that was just leaked you can see Cilian.

It looks like we'll get our first look at The Dark Knight in December when a six to seven minute clip/prologue involving the Joker will screen before prints of the IMAX version of I Am Legend. That and more spoilerish details here.

Seems to be an alphabetic scavenger hunt now. For what it's worth, one of the Seattle clues is 'T' (Tully's building near Stevens and I-5).

Here is the new photo that was revealed after the puzzle was solved. The Joker has a new challenge for you too at rorysdeathkiss.com.

Here is a short featurette about the decision to shoot certain scenes with IMAX film and cameras. I'm curious as to how they have formatted it so that the aspect ratio will match up with the rest of the film, which is being shot on 35mm film with regular anamorphic lenses.

For the Mausoleum site:

Change the time on your computer clock to 7:38 AM and the safe will open.

In the note, there are blood-stained letters. When added together, they spell “T-I-M-E | F-O-R | T-A-F-F-Yâ€

That time change thing actually worked, and is pretty cool. They're putting more work into this advertising campaign than most people put into their films.

Haha, exactly...and it's really working. I never thought I would get into something like this but I'm completely hooked. Not to mention the fact that I am getting e-mails from Joker and Gotham City Officials.

I'm just hoping they haven't put more work into their advertising campaign than they have put into their movie. Of course, Nolan seems to always enjoy the idea of making his films a very interactive experience.

When is the film slated for release? Christmas? If not then, why all the constant updates? Not to thread crap...

It's not being released until July, but as long as Warner keeps up their year-long viral marketing campaign, you can expect updates to keep turning up here. I expect things will die down for a few months after Christmas.
