A pity they couldn't shoehorn Nouvelle vague in there! Nice release though, Lionsgate is becoming a label to watch.

Nouvelle Vague isn't Lionsgate's. Otherwise we would have seen it in the Godard set.

I look immensely forward to La Piscine. Romy and Alain are about as fawningly drop-dead gorgeous a couple as I can fathom. And on top of that it has a Michel Legrand score.

Are these films any good? I've only seen Delon in two Melville films.

I thought this would be where we'd see Un Flic, now I'm totally at a loss for how it's ever gonna get reissued in R1

Lionsgate must not own the rights. Whats wrong with the current DVD?

So it is. I do find it strange that the Optimum's Delon box has entirely different films than Lionsgate's.
Could it be there are a couple of Studio Canal Melville titles?

Then you must forthwith tie a mortar to your back and fire yourself to your local retailer (or get online) and buy Antonioni's The Eclipse (L'eclisse). It's out in CC. One of Delon's most wonderful performances.
