I'm pretty sure film posters are not eligible for Media Mail anyway.

Things that aren't eligible for Media Mail are routinely stamped and sent at that rate, but if someone along the way decides to inspect it and decides it's not eligible, it can mean the item will arrive postage due or at least very late. The Media Mail standards specify that "educational reference charts" are eligible and go into detail about what kind of material falls into that category.
