Fake Criterion Covers
There was a thread that had some photoshopped CC covers from a French website awhile back that people here got a kick out of, so I figured this would be appreciated as well.

Speaking of which, the old forum (and CriterionDVD.com) is archived over at Archive.org: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www ... iondvd.com
I'm trying to find out right now if any of the covers were archived as well. I made several myself, and would love to see them again, as well as some of the others too.

There are some South Park Criterion covers that I found both hillarious and great looking. Here is the link

The Rock belongs on criterion, Armageddon doesn't. Bay must have payed them a hell of a lot to release it. the good thing is, they didn't fall for the money when it came to pearl harbor. remember when Bay released the 4 disc director's cut with 60 seconds of restored footage? well, I do, but I'm not expecting you guys to. it was his rebuttle to criterion not releasing it, and it BOMBED.

Those southpark covers are great! would love a boxset of those.......if any animation series deserves the criterion treatment it's South Park.
BTW, not to offend, just curious, why does the Rock belong on Criterion...saw it when I was 12 (huh, it was cool, huh), and every time I have seen it since I couldn't finish it (a firm disgust prevented me)....The only reason the criterion should have released it it was because of the extra "Dos and don'ts of Hollywood gunplay, with Harry Humphries and Marshall Teague" which, by the sound of it, should be hilarious!
