The Cambridge Film Festival has announced its programme for this year. The website is at www.cambridgefilmfestival.org.uk and a direct link to the pdf programme is here.
There's retrospectives on Victor Sjöström and Lech Majewski, overviews of Catalan and Contemporary German cinema, Dark Pictures (Industrial cinema), plus plenty more.
Pedro Costa's 'Horse Money' is screening from Second Run and there's the UK Premiere of a documentary distributed by Eureka, 'From Caligari To Hitler' (on Weimar-era cinema), which presumably may see a DVD/Blu-ray release via Eureka too at some point in the future.

Re: Cambridge (UK) Film Festival
It seems very late in the day to be making a straight film version of Kracauer's book (which this seems to be). One would think that a film about the pervasive cultural influence of that book would be a lot more interesting and pertinent in the 21st century.neilist wrote: 'From Caligari To Hitler' (on Weimar-era cinema), which presumably may see a DVD/Blu-ray release via Eureka too at some point in the future.
