You could tell how this one was gonna go as soon as they applauded the nominees. I gotta start going with the passion picks more often.

Why are the cutaways to Spielberg’s reactions during the intro to Documentary Short feel funnier than anything Jimmy has been during the entirety of the Oscars so far?

I love how all the Best Picture nominee segments all have the inspiring tone to them, and then The Zone of Interest shows up and is all menacing and quiet; frankly kind of humorous how much it stands out from the rest of the group

Anderson not even bothering to show up is the best thing ever. Some real George C Scott energy there.

This is a deserved win, IMO. Even if I’m not crazy about how Nolan deploys the score, the content is pretty incredible.

Disappointed that Robbie Robertson didn’t win. Just a phenomenal score

Folks can check the numbers themselves, but I'm pretty sure that Grand Wazoo has this won - Even if Stone wins, I'll be one point behind. Congrats!

Damn. Surprised we had three nominees (probably) go home empty-handed. I guess TWBB was right about the tech sweep prelude.
