Looking at the larger image here, I'm not even sure that the tiny people at the bottom are either Kate Winslet or Christoph Waltz.

Jodi Foster looks like Landau in Masters of the Universe while Winslet just looks stoned.

Other than Foster, they all look stoned. Foster looks mildly irritated, probably at the rest of them for being high when there are serious issues to discuss.

Eastwood gravel voice: "How the fuck did they screw up a cover this badly?"

Though it's close to the poster (which I've always liked) they also messed up the cover for A Perfect World. Not as offensive as the Blood Work one mind you.

That's nothing to the Blu to The Deep. The cover itself is normal, but on the back are two stills one of which is so pixelated and compressed that it makes me almost want to return it sight unseen.

I recognize Costner on that cover, but Eastwood looks way too young!

I know, he had to be at least what ten when that movie came out and he looks to be only eight in the cover.

If anyone has not read it yet, I highly recommend the fake twitter feed for We Bought A Zoo - it is worth starting at the beginning and reading upwards, following the shocking trajectory from dumb and zany spiralling into seriously dark revenge territory by the end, climaxing in a wonderful "In Cinemas Now" shock ending!

I like how the only way to get you to stop seeing Matt's teeth is to make the font on ZOO as big bold and red as that. Or...wait...I still only see his teeth.

Something about the way Yvonne De Carlo's profile looks in that completely preposterous setting makes me imagine a nuclear test in the Nevada desert, only instead of a mushroom cloud, the bomb produces a red Yvonne De Carlo cloud.

I used to doubt it but I'm pretty sure right now all big studios hire teens with Macbooks to do their cover arts. They pay them with iTunes gift cards and some lucky ones, with weed.

I believe its more about market research seeing that the average person shopping in stores will stop and look at the big-head coverart and immediately be attracted t it, more than the artistic-looking coverart....

When I saw this I couldn't believe it is a real poster release from Marvel/Disney.
