Note to everyone: The "SL1500_.jpg" at the end of images that you take from Amazon dictates the size. 1500 is rather large. Edit that part of the link to 500 instead and it will be a lot easier for everyone else to take in the awfulness.

Priceless photo of Connery. I think the photographer caught him off guard.

At least that photo is actually from THE OFFENCE. The other day Kino posted cover art for THE QUATERMASS XPERIMENT that used a poster for QUATERMASS II! It was quickly taken down.

I wouldn't say "Worst" but it's more like, stupid funny in a "laughing my ass off" kind of way.
It's from the film's official Facebook FYI.

I'm so glad that they know how a fictional character from the Bronze Age feels about their film.

Re: Worst DVD Covers...ever! (Part 4)
I've just been transferring some of my DVD collection into folders, noticed this atrocious cover for the Australian film Spotswood (called The Efficiency Expert in the US) and thought I would scan it for the forum. This is the front, spine and back cover. It doesn't look any better in reality.
Note the misspelling of Russell Crowe's name on the front cover too, though they get it right in the cast list on the back.

I like how they took a quad poster and just squished it to fit a DVD cover

With this cover, I can assume we are going to see him live blowing smoke off his nose, right?

Failed attempt at the recent DVD covers for the first film. How joyous.

The idea that someone would see that on a shelf and want to pay money for it fills me with despair.

Re: Worst DVD Covers...ever! (Part 4)
Saw this browsing at the library yesterday.
Cartoon pawprint—17 Kills!!! (of bear, bobcat, lynx, wild boar, etc. using dogs, pistols and rifles).
When I first looked at the cover, I thought those dogs were, well, doing something else.
This is an example of the ocean of special interest/educational DVDs on all subjects the library circulates— some of which look like essentially YouTube videos on disc—yet the library (great as it is) don't always keep a very extensive collection of special interest cinema.
The sole review of this on Amazon is by someone who bought it for her husband, who "watches it every day," and said she may have to buy another one if he wears the first one out. Yikes.

Why are the names at the top at the top and the names at the bottom at the bottom? I know everyone in the bottom row but have only heard of one of the top-billed

Dom, please stop bragging about the fact that you met Marissa Jaret Winokur in a bar that time - we get it, she's famous

For anyone who is an animation buff, you may want to run from your computer screen right now.
