Rebecca, Hamlet, The Silence of the Lambs
And on laserdisc: All About Eve, Annie Hall, Casablanca, The English Patient, Lawrence of Arabia, Midnight Cowboy, and West Side Story.
All About Eve wasn't a Criterion release.

No less important, though perhaps more so to Janus, Best Foreign Film:

Fanny and Alexander, The Tin Drum, Amarcord, The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie, Closely Watched Trains, The Shop on Main Street, 8½, Through a Glass Darkly, The Virgin Spring, Black Orpheus, Mon Oncle, Nights of Cabiria, La strada, with honorary Oscars (pre-BFF category) going to Samurai I: Musashi Miyamoto, Forbidden Games, Rashoman, The Bicycle Thieves.

I hope they include this video on the forthcoming edition of Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence. Besides being an obligatory inclusion, it is quite rare and conspicuously MIA on Sakamoto's Moto.Tronic CD+DVD edition.
