Although he is a Golden Age-veteran for multiple Bette Davis films, I am wondering if his page is for one of his final films, the film version of Christine Jorgensen's biography. This could be a pairing with "Hedwig" or Water's "Multiple Maniacs." Probably the best pairing for this would be for an Ed Wood film, but that seems a little too wishful thinking for Criterion.

I think it's pretty real. Majority of the phantom pages from the first go-around have gotten releases and that had more names.

This could very well be it. And maybe even a supplement for the titles you mentioned... The only reason I mentioned The Glass Menagerie is it's Tennessee Williams. Criterion likes the literary adaptations.
