Same here. After several frustrating attempts over the weekend, I had an order ready to proceed with. the old website was simple to use, and perfect for an old dog like me.

I tied to order Boomerang last night but the website kept timing out for me. Oh well!

I managed to put my order in, but it was desperately slow. I wasn't sure it had all registered until I clicked Checkout.

Same, it was taking 30-60 seconds every step of the process.

Same here. Site took far too long to process and was often left hanging for what felt like an eternity. I lost patience and abandoned it. Spent too much elsewhere this weekend anyway.

It did take longer than usual for pages to load, but there were no hiccups otherwise (i.e. no getting to the last step and then having to start over). It was kind of fun actually, like placing an online order on a planet with greater gravity.

Does anyone know the MSRP for the upcoming rerelease of Shoah + 4? The price just dropped on Amazon UK to £50.50, and I'm curious to know how good of a deal that is.

The new Steelbook of Metropolis has been added to the Eureka store, reportedly earlier than usual because they are quickly selling through their limited run. To order, go here and select "Steelbook edition" from the dropdown menu.

Seems I can get more than their asking price for my current Metropolis Steelbook and the Moroder version Steelbook (which I got for free from Eureka in an old promotion anyway) on eBay, so I guess I'll bite.

From all of us at Eureka we wish you Happy New Year and all the best for a prosperous 2015.

To kick of the new year with a bang we're knocking 25% off everything in store (excluding the upcoming Metropolis SteelBook), simply add the items you want to your basket and the discount will be applied upon checkout. Like the New Year's Eve hangover this offer will only last until midnight on January 2nd.

A quick reminder that although our webstore will remain open over the Christmas break there will be no despatch until the 5th of January.

Happy New Year,

Ron Benson and all at Eureka

The latest Eureka newsletter says I Clowns and Mani Sulla Citta are £9.99 each until the end of the week. They're not but I guess they might be soon.

Got this a few hours ago:
This is fixed now, if you refresh your basket you should see the discount applied.

Rakuten have a £10 off £40 discount code (JANGIFT10) that ends soon. Particularly good for steelbooks. Like:

Mabuse the Gambler, Testemant of Dr Mabuse and Nosferatu steelbooks would come to £10 each when bought together.

Rakuten is a marketplace site, so for the voucher to work they have to be from the same seller. Link: To use the voucher you need a member account, so don't check out using the guest checkout option. You can only use it once per account, but there is nothing stopping you from creating multiple accounts.

Here are the links to those exact products I was talking about:
SpoilerShow
http://www.rakuten.co.uk/shop/speedyhen ... product_20
http://www.rakuten.co.uk/shop/speedyhen ... product_11" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
(I couldn't find the Testament of Dr Mabuse, it was on there earlier... so yeah, you can replace it with anything just as long as it totals to over £40. Even though they look amaray the title says they are steelbooks so its just an image error)
Shoah is £41 if you use the code, or you get 4 (£10) MOC blu rays for £7.50 each when bought together etc etc \:D/

The non-MoC Eureka! Blu-ray release of More Than Honey is only £3.99 too. It comes both the German-language original and the English version with John Hurt narrating.
