Keep in mind this is also forthcoming from Criterion, so it might be worth waiting it out to see who has better extras

I didnt realize that this was going to be a Criterion release. Where did we get confirmation for this?

I believe this is all we know:

Was this before or after we knew about the licensing deal Fox has with Kino?

Perhaps you were thinking of speculation regarding the New Year's Drawing clue that turned out to be for Petzold's Phoenix.

I am under the impression that Petzold's Phoenix was the previous newsletter clue, since it simply states "Phoenix", the one on the new year's drawing is a flying Phoenix so it fits more with The Flight of the Phoenix
