Just watched the madman Ministry of Fear. The transfer is OK, nothing special. I wonder where it's ported from.
The movie is a masterpiece. Lang is a genius.

Have you seen the Madman release of Ministry of Fear? It has a commentary, but it's not in the Beaver comparison so I really have no idea of how good it looks.

edit: I'd be curious to know how the Madman Western Union stacks up against the Optimum, too.

Another tidbit of classic Hollywood in the collection. Looks like there may be a possibility of Fritz Lang's "Ministry of Fear". I've wanted to see it for years but always manage to miss the TCM showings. Very excited to see some American Lang in the collection.
